Mediation

Mediation in an economic context begins where conflicts can no longer be resolved in a goal-oriented manner through negotiation and the search for the best arguments. At the heart of our conflict intervention is the understanding that conflict systems have the resolution pathways embedded in them, and that these pathways are in the hands of those responsible: The involved and affected parties.

Unlike contested court decisions, mediation produces consensus solutions based on tailor-made processes and interest-based communication.

Konflikte werden als besonders kritisch erlebt, wenn die Beteiligten durch persönliche Abwertungen eine hohe Belastung erfahren. Um diese aufzulösen und bearbeitbar zu machen, braucht es die Unterstützung multiparteilicher Dritter. Im Gegensatz zu streitigen Gerichtsentscheidungen entstehen Konsenslösungen auf Grundlage maßgeschneiderter Prozesse und interessensbasierter Kommunikation.

Wir als gemäß Zivilrechts-Mediations-Gesetz (ZivMediatG) eingetragene Mediator:innen unterstützen Sie mit bewährten Methoden für Kommunikation und Prozessgestaltung. Unsere Arbeitsweise basiert auf den Erkenntnissen der Konfliktkultur GmbH und wir bevorzugen die Arbeit in Co-Mediation für eine umfassende Perspektive.
