MOORE connect, in collaboration with Konfliktkultur GmbH, offers a development programme that supports managers and decision-makers in expert organisations and family businesses in successfully mastering their leadership and consulting tasks. The focus is on building successful relationships as the basis for effective action.

Personal experience and impact
We are convinced of the transformative power of mediative skills and have been participating in such programmes ourselves for 20 years. These experiences help us to build relationships with clients on an equal footing, to focus more closely on their needs and interests, and to stay in touch even in difficult situations. This enables conflicts to be identified at an early stage and resolved constructively – a significant contribution to sustainable and trusting business relationships.

Learning in a safe environment
The working atmosphere within our team has also improved noticeably: clearer tasks, coordinated cooperation and more freedom for individual work are creating new energy. An outstanding feature of the programme is the coaching approach taken by the trainers towards the participants. Continuous and direct feedback creates a safe environment in which learning is successful and implementation in everyday working life is supported.
